Meditate on the free flight of a bird
Then beyond its form
Into the blueness of space
Meditate on the setting Sun, then beyond
Through a Golden doorway
Into Eternal life
From Earth, meditate on a distant star
Sense its timeless distance
Then enter the space between
Visualise the warmth of a loving smile
Float on clouds of peace
Enjoy free and timeless moments
Trust in God, who is both near and far
You are now free to choose
Unfettered by imprisoning time
